With the help and expertise of our Edmonton PDC students and Big Sky Permaculture, we recently installed a series of wicking beds at Jasper Place High School.
Dustin Bajer leads the Permaculture club at the Jasper Place, and has also installed a food forest in the courtyard, and an aquaponics system in the culinary arts room. These projects have involved various classes such as the aboriginal studies class, construction class, science classes and, of course, the culinary class.
