Dear Verge Community,
We are writing to share an important update regarding Verge by 5th World. We have made the decision to pause any new Verge courses and programming and cancel a selection of upcoming courses.
The courses we will deliver in 2024 are:
- Advanced Permaculture Planning & Design (starting 9 September, 2024)
- Comprehensive Food Forest Design (starting 24 September, 2024)
The following courses are cancelled:
- Permaculture Garden Design (previously scheduled for 28 October, 2024)
- Fall Permaculture Design Certification (previously scheduled for 19 November, 2024)
Those who have current enrolment, live subscriptions, or have signed up for a cancelled event or course will hear directly from a team member in the coming days for a refund and/or information and ways to stay connected. Meanwhile, access to on-demand learning and previously paid-for content will remain unaffected at this time.
The decision to pause our activities was not taken lightly—but rather out of optimism for what we can build if we take the time needed to reimagine how to best deliver impactful education in alignment with our vision and mission. Rest assured we will return with a strong, cohesive, and focused educational offering that empowers people to embrace regenerative living and foundational permaculture practices.
We are eternally grateful to the Verge community and acknowledge that, without you, we never would have gotten to where we are today. It is our promise to stay in touch and keep you updated on our relaunch in the coming months. In the meantime, you will also receive communications on how you can continue to access educational content during our pause, so that your regenerative living and permaculture journey continues to progress.
We see our community as our family and it is important that we keep our family intact and moving toward life goals as we proceed with this transition.
From the deepest places of our hearts, we thank you for being part of Verge and the 5th World Community. We look forward to continuing after a short pause and reboot.
