Online PDC Final Design Project – Dana Prediger

 In

Dana’s design is an inner city lot in the community of Wildwood, Calgary with approximately 6000 ft2 of workable space on a 8000ft2 property. There’s very little sun in the back, and maybe 5-7 hours of sun in the front during the summer. Her design attempts to conserve as much rainwater that falls on her property as possible using rain tanks and urban swales. She also wants to try hens (after the Calgary bylaw gets lifted) and a mini food forest in a shady back corner of her yard.
